A Steiner approach to child-centric experiential learning ✨

There are three ways in which a teacher can motivate a child to learn: fear, ambition, or love. In Waldorf/Steiner education we dispense on the whole with the first two and attempt to awaken in the students a feeling of love for the subject at hand. Only this can in turn awaken in the students an interest in the subject itself and not merely the wish to gain good grades or personal advantages.

Head Heart Hands (H3) Learning Foundation was set up to reverse the outsourcing of children's education.  Raising a child takes a village/community of like-minded caregivers - teachers, parents & fellow students.

With this aim, we bring together educators, subject experts, and caregivers to impart the highest level of human education to adolescents and help them realize their highest human potential and become a globally responsible citizen.

Our humble learning spaces in Pune, India are realizing this aim through a Waldorf High School catering to the teens' age group.

Steiner or Waldorf education is a fully integrated and holistic education that teaches to the whole human being; head, heart, and hands, and embraces, honors, and celebrates our social and cultural diversity.

It is one of the world's fastest-growing independent school movements, with over 1200 schools in over 75 countries, more than 2000 early childhood programs on six continents, and over 600 institutions for curative education.

Watch the video to learn more about this very human way of educating the child, which resembles in many ways with the ancient Indian education traditions.
