At the Head, Heart, Hands Learning Foundation, learning is a living journey ingrained in curiosity, connection, and conscious growth. We nurture spaces where young minds feel free to express, explore, and co-create alongside mentors and peers.
Guided by the belief in looking at the world as an oyster and intergenerational allyship, we bring together the wisdom of experience and the wonder of youth to reimagine what learning can be as they meet in dialogue and discovery.

The Founders' Vision
H3LF was born from a shared vision to create a nurturing space where education supports holistic development.
Inspired by Steiner-Waldorf principles and our collective journeys as educators, we envisioned a learning community grounded in empathy, creativity, and conscious growth.
At H3LF, learning is not a race but a rhythm and an invitation for students and educators alike to grow with integrity, curiosity, and joy. We are very intentional towards education becoming an enabler and for individuals to be seen, supported and celebrated for who they are as well as who they are becoming.

Our North Stars
The H3LF learning ecosystem is harbored by seasoned educators and mentors whose association with the global education landscape spans continents, classrooms, and communities. Each of them carries with them decades of lived experience, rooted in Waldorf–Steiner pedagogy and enriched by nurturing globally diverse groups of changemakers over the years.
Apart from being experts in their craft, our educators are also lifelong learners who have witnessed how education must constantly evolve to stay meaningful in today’s times. Their engagement approach reflects a deep commitment to human-centered learning, one that places curiosity, creativity, and compassion at the center of education.

Since its inception three and a half years ago, H3LF has expanded from a modest group-schooling effort into a comprehensive educational ecosystem.
Milestones That Shaped Us
2021
We begin as a close-knit group of four families, supporting adolescent growth through individualized, holistic learning.
2022
Our inaugural high school cohort embarks on a one-of-a-kind, experiential learning path grounded in excellence, empathy, and trust.
2023
Broadening our community efforts with teacher training and the launch of lower and middle school programs, we further our support towards holistic growth & development.
2024
We extend our mission globally through educational camps, outreach, advocacy and partnerships that promote inclusive and experiential learning environments.
2025~Present
H3LF continues to grow steadily, shaping lasting change through high school education, community support and nurturing dynamic global leadership
