Antaranga (अन्तरङ्ग) —meaning the inner self, the intimate space within—is a two-and-a-half-day residential immersion designed for parents who wish to move beyond quick-fix strategies toward a deeper understanding of the adolescent experience.
This is not a workshop about "fixing" teenagers.
It is a quiet invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with your own adolescence, your parenting journey, and the evolving relationship you share with your child.
